It rained all night so I thought classes were still suspended today. I got out of bed about 6am and had my usual ginger brew with honey while trying to figure out how to spend the day. About 10am I called the dean's office and the secretary informed me classes were on! So I was absent on the very first day of school. I was supposed to have a 9-12 class today so my students must be happy with the weeklong reprieve.
