Blue Monday
To
be ‘blue’ is to be sad. Monday, being the first working day of the week,
signals the end of weekend rest. Hence, workers feel ‘blue’ on a Monday.
”Good news should be announced on Monday to
neutralize the blue Monday feeling.”
